In this hands-on class, you will learn the more advanced techniques and skills needed to prepare intricate and complexly flavored authentic Thai dishes with native Thai, Chef Deborah.

Chef Deborah will cover the advanced Thai cooking recipes and techniques suited for those who already have foundational culinary skills and knowledge of basic Thai cuisine under their belt. A couple of the impressive recipes you can look forward to creating include a sweet, sour, and savory Thai roasted duck curry with pineapple, and a beautifully golden and crispy dessert of Thai crepes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
