Authentic Japanese creations featuring wholesome ingredients and fresh flavors are the order of the day.

Chef Catalina leads you through an exciting hands-on cooking class filled with Japanese heritage and a dash of modern culinary magic. With her expert guidance, you'll create a meal centered around traditional hand rolls brimming with bountiful seafood goodness.

Begin by creating miso soup from scratch before assembling an array of hand rolls, featuring three versions of temaki brimming with salmon, tuna and scallops and peppered with wasabi. You'll also craft crunchy vegetable tempura and finish with refreshing matcha mochi ice cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had such a great time learning how to make homemade pasta and Tiramisu. Catalina was such a wonderful host and teacher. The meal turned out amazing. Will definitely book another one of her classes.

Chef Catalina is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The food was flavorful and she gave lots of wonderful cooking tips. Her kitchen is beautiful and the perfect workstation. I would take more classes with her especially if you have a group that would like to take it together.

Born and raised in San Francisco, Chef Catalina attended college for cultural anthropology where she first worked in catering and discovered her passion for food. After school, she continued to follow this passion and hone her craft in the kitchen.
