Clear, concise, informative and absolutely engaging with each and every dish. Chef Catalina was so welcoming and her culinary knowledge and expertise were on full display. She answered every question and fully explained each and every process involved with each dish. I’d absolutely recommend to anyone interested in expanding not only their food pallet but there knowledge and origins of certain ethnic cuisine.
