Cooking Class - Fundamental Thai Cooking

Learn the basics of Thai cooking and build a solid culinary foundation with Chef Deborah.

In this hands-on class, you'll learn the fundamental and foundational skills to cooking authentic Thai food with native Thai, Chef Deborah.

Chef Deborah will cover the basics of Thai cooking, including how to choose the right ingredients, traditional and time-saving techniques, as well as the secrets to mastering the complex flavor combinations of Thai cuisine. The skills and knowledge you will gain as you prepare Thai shrimp soup, fried rice, and a refreshing Thai dessert can also be applied to a wide variety of other cuisines and everyday cooking.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
