In this Asian Fusion meal, Chef Liila will prepare for you a variety of vegetarian dishes using fresh, local, and organic ingredients. The menu will vary seasonally but will focus on traditional Asian cooking techniques and recipes, including dishes from Thailand, Laos, and Chef Liila's native Philippines.
Many items that Chef Liila uses in her cooking actually come from her family's property, a garden sanctuary home to a wide range of vegetables, fruits, and herbs. She'll give you a tour of the property, where depending on the season you'll see sweet lemons, pineapple guavas, pomegranates, tomatoes, lemongrass, chilis, cilantro, and multiple types of kale.
Guests are welcome to bring their own wine or beer to the meal.
