In this private steak dinner, Chef Jen will prepare for you classic steakhouse favorites -- crabcakes, New York Strip steak, creamed spinach, and a delicious and refreshing berry tart to finish the meal. You'll have the chef all to yourself so you know that the meal will be just the way you like it.
Guests are welcome to bring their own wine to accompany the dinner. Chef Jen will be happy to provide recommendations.

I am so happy I signed up with Cozymeal. My experience with Chef Jen exceeded my expectations. She was very thorough, organized, and explained every step of preparation to cooking the meal. She is very professional yet very fun to be around. I look forward to taking my next class with her very soon!

An awesome date-night experience. Chef Jen did an outstanding job of hosting a relaxing Friday evening diner date for my wife and me. The menu consisted of Crabcakes served with a green bean frisée salad, New York steak with a cabernet mushroom sauce, chipotle creamed corn and finally whipped potatoes. The meal was delicious. We will definitely look into booking another event in the future. -Henry

This was my first experience at a cooking class and I was very impressed! Chef Jen was absolutely gracious and knowledgeable. There were four of us at the class and we all had a wonderful and fun time! The food was absolutely delicious and Chef Jen walked us through the steps and answered all of our questions. We are planning on booking another class with her ?.

Chef Jen, who has been in the kitchen for over 17 years, graduated from the Los Angeles Culinary Institute, and has worked at popular L.A. area restaurants such as The Palm, Gozar, Buca Di Beppo, and as a Whole Foods Market catering director. Aside from owning an L.A. area catering company, Chef Jen is focusing on putting her knowledge and passion for food to teach others, and hopes to help others understand sourcing, cooking, and eating quality local ingredients!
