Enjoy the classic combination of sea and land -- lobster tail and steak!
The best surf 'n' turf dinner has two important components: lobster and steak. Chef Leigh takes these two keys and expands by adding a delicious baked brie appetizer, refreshing mixed green salad with champagne vinaigrette, and a triple chocolate brownie with ice cream. Definitely a delicious and rich meal, perfect for a night with friends when you just don't want to cook.
Chef Leigh invites guests to bring their own wine for the meal, and is happy to provide recommendations.

I got this lesson as a Christmas present for my mom. She and I both thoroughly enjoyed it! Chef Leigh was wonderful! She taught us a lot, first by showing us and explaining what she was doing and why, then overseeing our work and giving us tips as we went along. And the food was excellent - so tasty, fresh and healthy! My mother was thrilled to learn how to make a healthier version of one of her favorite dishes and plans to try it out at home. She's still talking about everything she learned! Chef Leigh was extremely personable as well, so there was plenty of great conversation to go along with the excellent food.

My passion for cooking is inherited - I come from three generations of chefs, both in Italy and the US. I began my career in my teens working for my family's restaurant in New York City, and trained in Florence, Italy. I've cooked at restaurants throughout Europe and the US, including a Michelin-starred restaurant in the UK. I look forward to sharing my passion, knowledge, and experience with you at my home or yours!
