Team Building Activity - Colorful Caribbean Cuisine
In this hands-on team building class, Chef Gustavo will be your host and guide you and your team as you work together and learn how to recreate the colorful flavors of Caribbean cuisine in your own kitchen.
Chef Gustavo emphasizes the traditional flavors and flair of Cuban, Venezuelan, and Puerto Rican cuisine in his four-course menu. Some of the recipes you can look forward to preparing with your colleagues include garlicky and citrusy Cuban vaca frita, the basics of extremely versatile Venezuelan arepas, and authentic Puerto Rican mofongo de maduros.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
