Team Building Activity - Vietnamese Feast

What You’ll Do

Learn about Vietnamese culture and their culinary perspectives as you prepare incredibly flavorful, simple dishes.

In this hands-on team building class, Chef Renee will guide you and your team as you work together to prepare a feast inspired by the vast lands of Vietnam and its bountiful fields of lemongrass, rice, ginger, basil, and mint.

You and your team will learn about the culture's appreciation of fresh ingredients, and how to properly balance fresh herbs and meats to create one of the world's healthiest cuisines. Chef Renee will also teach on the five Vietnamese taste senses: spicy, sour, bitter, salty, and sweet.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.
