Great class! We cooked bolognese, and it was so much fun. It was great to learn that this is an easy to cook meal with fresh ingredients that we can even make it in the middle of the week.

Chef Ebony was great! She came prepared with all the insights for a very practical approach to Gnocchi with Pesto and a delightful Tiramisu. Would recommend for any event and will look for future opportunities to have her back!

Chef Ebony puts you at ease. She really knows what she’s doing, knows timing, and explains amounts of ingredients to flex to your tastes. I really enjoyed the class and learned so many tips to improve my baked goods! I would definitely book with her again!
