Dine as the Romans do and learn five new recipes to share with your friends. Born and bred in Rome, Chef Antonella brings Mediterranean culture and sensibilities to the kitchen and will entice you and your group with her culinary expertise. Join her in the preparation of some of her local favorites.

The class features five specialties frequently spotted on Roman menus: filled roasted vegetables, a zesty pasta, saltimbocca, radicchio salad and traditional donuts. A departure from heavy Italian-American fare, Chef Antonella will introduce you to the original Italian cooking of Rome.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
