With culinary credentials firmly rooted in Paris and Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Phoebe combines her love for global flavors and entertaining in this team-building class. Enjoy a hands-on experience with your colleagues and learn to create some scrumptious hors d’oeuvres.

These small bites will dazzle your eyes as well as your palate. In this fun and interactive experience, learn the secrets to cooking and assembling fusion delights including bacon-garnished shooters, deviled quail eggs and blue corn blinis. The class will end on a sweet note of mini caramel pot de crème.

Chef Phoebe grew up in a food-focused New England family where she began cooking at age 7. Her formal education includes studying French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and at the Culinary Institute of America. She then moved to the Bay Area and started her own personal chef service. Chef Phoebe has cooked for presidential candidates, foreign leaders, and other international figures, and enjoys sharing her love of food through cooking classes.
