Team Building Activity - An Exploration of Ramen

Strengthen team ties while you create four kinds of traditional ramen!

Thoroughly versed in the culinary traditions of Japan, Chef Mari is a passionate expert on Japanese cuisine. She designed this class to cover the essentials of the four types of ramen and also offering students the chance to flex their creativity in the kitchen.

This hands-on class covers broth varieties including Miso, Shoyu, Tonkotsu and Tantan-men, as well as a lesson on making fresh ramen noodles. Chef Mari will share her process for making chasu pork and delectable soy sauce marinated eggs. Once you and your colleagues learn the fundamentals, you’ll get the chance to create your own signature ramen blends.
