Published cookbook author Chef V was raised in an Italian kitchen, and she’s a master at giving her favorites a paleo makeover. In this class you will learn how to make a modern Italian supper that’s perfect for a healthy lifestyle.

The meal starts off with an appetizer of dates and bacon. Then, learn how to whip up flawless, hand cut sweet potato fries and a side of delicate, sautéed kale. For the main course, Chef V will teach you how to made succulent chicken cutlets flavored with Italian herbs and spices. Then for dessert, make chia pudding with fresh fruit, homemade dairy-free whipped cream, and a date drizzle.

Chef V was welcoming, down to earth and made the class fun and productive. She has great ideas and even though I like to think I know my way around the kitchen, she definitely taught me new things. More importantly, the food we made was as delicious as it was healthy.
