Italian comfort food to warm a cold winter's day - mangia!

Join Chef Phoebe for a memorable evening with classic Italian fare. As part of this custom cooking class, you will learn how to make fresh pasta, Italian sauces, and a satisfying chocolate torte among other delicacies!

Chef Phoebe attended Le Cordon Bleu in Paris before moving on to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. Under her guidance, you and your guests will learn new and exciting techniques.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Phoebe grew up in a food-focused New England family where she began cooking at age 7. Her formal education includes studying French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and at the Culinary Institute of America. She then moved to the Bay Area and started her own personal chef service. Chef Phoebe has cooked for presidential candidates, foreign leaders, and other international figures, and enjoys sharing her love of food through cooking classes.
