Team Building Activity - Chef's Challenge: Summer Edition

Cooking and collaboration under the guidance of Chef V

Follow the lead of Chef V in a competitive team building cooking class. Your group will be divided into small teams with their own stations to prepare an innovative multi-course menu inspired by seasonal California ingredients. The class is designed to foster community allowing colleagues to work together outside the office environment.

At the end of the timed challenge, Chef V and her team will judge the submissions from each team and determine a Best in Show Winner. The team will then enjoy toasting to their accomplishments and feast on the meal they created as a group.

Guests are welcome to bring their own wine and beer, Chef V is happy to make recommendations on pairings.
