Healthy is not a term that immediately comes to mind when picturing gnocchi, a usually creamy, buttery dish with a potato base. However, it is possible to make this cuisine good for you! Let Chef Anja break the typical conception of the meal by teaching you and your colleagues a recipe for preparing a gluten-free and paleo take on this signature dish.
Everyone will begin the class by learning how to make a classic French vinaigrette to dress an arugula salad, then, under the chef's guidance, move on to shaping roasted sweet potatoes into gnocchi using almond flour and eggs. End the meal on a high note with a cooked pear in dark chocolate topped with an almond coconut crumble.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
