Use seasonal ingredients to cook a delicious, vegetarian meal with Chef Lee!
In this health-focused vegetarian cooking class, Chef Lee will teach you how to cook a delicious and well-balanced meal with fresh, seasonal ingredients. She will start off with a refreshing summer salad with sliced peaches and a balsamic dressing, walking you through basic knife skills as you prep. These dishes pair wonderfully with her warm, tasty quinoa salad, studded with sweet dried cranberries.
Finally, you'll learn how to make delectable coconut macaroons drizzled with melted dark chocolate -- much easier than you might imagine! Afterward, you will all get to sit down and enjoy the wholesome meal together!
Guests are welcome to BYOB.

I value building community and support local business by using seasonal, local and sustainable ingredients. Inspired by the Bay Area’s rich culture, my culinary style is a blend of my South African and Israeli heritage with classic Californian and European flavors. I have a passion for healthy holistic eating that promotes your well being while still tasting delicious!
