Uncover the secrets to making classic Chinese soup dumplings alongside your team.

In this hands-on team building class, Chef Li will teach your group how to prepare Chinese soup dumplings, or xiao long bao. You'll learn the secrets to enclosing the soup in the dumplings to make this popular dim sum dish.

Begin by kneading together the dough from scratch, creating different colored dough and rolling out each wrapper into the perfect shape. Then it's time to fill the dumplings with pork and soup and pleat the dough together to seal them. You'll also prepare a crunchy cucumber salad and sweet poached pears to compliment your meal.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef is very nice and answers all your questions but the class is boring as most of it is just waiting for the duck to cook. Maybe a more complex few side dishes could be made to pass the time…
