Learn how to prepare three courses of upscale Italian-inspired dishes with your team.

Chef Landi will guide your team in the creation of an authentic Italian-American meal in this hands-on cooking class. You’ll learn knife skills, new recipes and how to add high-end ingredients to classic dishes for a gourmet finish.

First, you’ll create either potato and leek soup with crab and truffle oil or a smoky Caesar salad with grilled romaine and bacon. Next, you’ll craft potato gnocchi completely from scratch to serve with a traditional vodka sauce. For dessert, Chef Landi will teach you how to make a soufflé featuring your choice of chocolate or pineapple.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
