Team Building Activity - Sweet and Savory Baking 101

Join Chef Ivan or a resident chef on this sweet and savory baking journey.

Learn how to make handmade baked treats from two basic dough recipes in this hands-on team building experience. With high-quality ingredients on hand, Chef Ivan will introduce your team to the basics of baking stuffed rolls and from-scratch pizza using a simple bread roll dough and a pizza dough.

Using your bread dough, your team will stuff and bake them with fillings like mushrooms, leeks, Nutella or jam. Then, switch to pizza dough for a lesson in rolling, topping and baking the perfect pie. End with hazelnut chocolate pralines for dessert.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Chef Ivan, Thank you for reaching out to me. I was going to write you because The Chef was amazing and we had a great time learning how to make Sushi. We learned 4 different types of sushi and after we create our own sushi. We made miso soup and finally we made Macha ice cream. It was a top experience for us not only we learned how to make sushi we had sake and met wonderful people that we shared laughs throughout the night. If I could give stars I will give 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. I already recommended this cooking lesson to friends and family and I will continue doing it.
