Learn how to make some of your favorite Asian dishes with your team and Chef Joaselyn.
In this team building class with Chef Joaselyn, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Asian-inspired menu using fresh, easy-to-find ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques.
Some of the Asian takeout recipes and dishes you will learn alongside your team include a rock shrimp tempura appetizer swimming in bold and bright flavors, a glistening ginger sesame chicken entrée served over perfectly cooked vegetable fried rice, handcrafted spring rolls filled with a myriad of crisp flavors and textures, and a variety of homemade mochi for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Throughout her entire culinary career, Chef Joaselyn has loved completely immersing herself in the culinary world. While studying at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Chef Joaselyn even spent her weekends supporting other chefs by teaching continuing education culinary classes. Chef Joaselyn's passion for teaching cooking also took her to Mexico where she hosted fun and exciting team building cooking classes.
