Team Building Activity - An Evening in the Heart of Paris
Learn how to make a variety of French favorites alongside your team as Chef Nadina teaches you how to craft classic French cuisine using time-honored cooking techniques.
Begin the class with a traditional niçoise salad bursting with flavor from fresh tuna, green beens, eggs, tangy capers and potatoes. You'll also learn how to make chicken fricassee, an original French comfort dish, with earthy mushrooms and carrots in a velvety sauce made with white wine and cream, and baked raspberry clafoutis with grated lemon for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
