In this hands-on team building class with Chef Bobby, you will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Italian dinner menu using fresh, high-quality, seasonal ingredients, and time-honored Italian culinary techniques.
Chef Bobby will begin by teaching you how to prepare a homemade limoncello vinaigrette for the salad course. Then, work alongside your co-workers to prepare handmade pasta that will serve as the foundation for your hearty lamb ragu and vibrant homemade gremolata. End on a sweet note with a traditional Italian zabaglione with fresh figs and berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
