Discover a hearty and seasonal menu that will transport your taste buds to Northern Italy.

In this hands-on team building class with Chef Bobby, you will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Italian dinner menu using fresh, high-quality, seasonal ingredients, and time-honored Italian culinary techniques.

Chef Bobby will begin by teaching you how to prepare a homemade limoncello vinaigrette for the salad course. Then, work alongside your co-workers to prepare handmade pasta that will serve as the foundation for your hearty lamb ragu and vibrant homemade gremolata. End on a sweet note with a traditional Italian zabaglione with fresh figs and berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After earning an associate’s degree in Restaurant and Food Service Management, Chef Bobby went on to attend and graduate from L’Academie de Cuisine’s Culinary Career Training Program. Since graduating, Chef Bobby has gained nearly 30 years of professional culinary experience.
