In this hands-on team building class with Chef David, you and your team will work together to prepare a hearty three-course vegetarian feast using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.
Chef David will begin by teaching you and your team how to prepare a tomato and zucchini crostini appetizer garnished with fresh basil and a drizzle of high-quality balsamic vinegar. Then, you will learn how to build layers of flavor in a risotto-stuffed eggplant entrée with homemade marinara before ending with a refreshing lemon mint granita.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
