Social Distancing Friendly Join Chef Soren and learn how to cook and eat like a Costa de Valencia local.
In this hands-on team building class with Chef Soren, you and your team will work together and learn how to prepare a three-course Spanish menu showcasing the regional dishes and cooking styles hailing from the Costa de Valencia.
You and your team will begin by learning how to prepare a cool, colorful, refreshing tomato gazpacho soup. Then, you'll work together to prepare a traditional paella studded with an array of fresh seafood. Chef Soren will end the class by teaching you and your team how to prepare crisp, airy churros.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What an incredible experience. Chef Soren gave the right amount of guidance and freedom to allow the chef's in training to experiment. The chef, facility and food were all first class.

Chef Soren was awesome! We had a double date night and couldn't have asked for a better time! The menu we cooked was "A Twist on American Classics" and the food was absolutely incredible! Great atmosphere and space, awesome music, thorough instruction, clean environment.. just a wonderful evening!! Will definitely book again, highly recommend!
