In this hands-on team building class with Chef Soren, you and your team will work together and learn how to prepare a three-course Spanish menu showcasing the regional dishes and cooking styles hailing from the Costa de Valencia.
You and your team will begin by learning how to prepare a cool, colorful, refreshing tomato gazpacho soup. Then, you'll work together to prepare a traditional paella studded with an array of fresh seafood. Chef Soren will end the class by teaching you and your team how to prepare crisp, airy churros.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
