Join Chef Veronica as she takes your team on a flavorful adventure through the Mediterranean.
In this class, you will have the incredible opportunity to truly explore all the unique and diverse ingredients and flavors that make Mediterranean cuisine so spectacular. Beginning with an olive oil tasting, your taste buds will immediately discover the unique flavors from this region. Your team will then create a creamy hummus from scratch, following by lemon and garlic lamb chops with a tangy yogurt sauce. A luscious olive oil cake ends this exciting team building class!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

AMAZING!! Chef Veronica was very warm, welcoming and did an excellent job explaining the ingredients and gave us many insightful "chef's secrets" for making a truly authentic Italian dish! Cannot recommend this course with her highly enough!

We had a wonderful time with Chef Victoria! She has a beautiful home and the kitchen is a perfect setup to get everyone there involved. She gave us some great cooking tips (not all of which were part of our meal). Victoria does not just tell you to do something a certain way, she also explains why she recommends doing it that way. Oh, and the food she helped us prepare was absolutely delicious.
Meet your chef
After graduating at the top of her class at Escuela de Gastronomia in Bogota, Colombia, Chef Veronica has been using her culinary arts degree working as a personal chef, caterer, and cooking instructor. Chef Veronica has a vast knowledge of international cuisine and specializes in authentic Mexican fares. Her main focus when teaching cooking classes is providing exceptional hospitality and showcasing high-quality, local ingredients.
