Team Building Activity - Southeastern American Fare
In this hands-on team building class with Chef Paco, you will learn how to prepare a three-course menu featuring both classic and contemporary Southeastern American fares.
Some of the skills and recipes you and your colleagues can look forward to mastering in this team building class include learning how to batter shrimp, assemble a classic American po' boy, craft a remoulade sauce, and the secrets to searing pork medallions to perfection as well as glazing orange segments with Cointreau to pair with a beautiful batch of brownies.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
