Handcrafted in Seki, Japan, the Miyabi Koh 8" Chef’s Knife is a classic, elegant knife beloved around the world. Thanks to an innovative, ice-hardened process, the blade offers remarkable durability, sharpness and cutting performance. The blade is finished with a true katana edge, homage to the samurai swords made in Seki centuries ago. The knife also features an octagonal pakkawood handle that supports both Western chopping and Asian rocking cuts.
