Kumamoto oysters on the half shell with a tomato horseradish granita are the start to this fresh seafood menu. Next is a roasted beet, sumo orange, avocado and chevre salad with a citrus vinaigrette. Enjoy braised pork belly and seared scallops with a sunchoke puree. Your next entrée is a seared salmon with roasted rainbow fingerling potatoes and rapini. For dessert, enjoy a chocolate goat cheese pannacotta with a blueberry compote.

We had the best experience! Chef Jaime was personable and we had a wonderful evening with him. Best part was that the food was AMAZING!

Chef Jaime's menu selection was outstanding! The Scallops and Risotto were amazing. To finish off the meal, Jamie made us a lemon pie with graham cracker crust, which was the best I’ve had. Jaime was fun and we loved hearing his stories. We will definitely be doing this again!

Jaime is so knowledgeable and skilled, but still able to put cooking into layperson terms. His food is inventive, tasty and comforting. I have had the pleasure of dining at a couple of restaurants that he worked at, as well as in his home. He is always willing to answer my questions and guide me through his processes. He is also a kind a lovely person whom you will enjoy spending time with.
