Join Chef Michael as he tells his culinary story through a perfectly curated menu of Italian dishes, starting with a refreshing Caprese crostini, made from basil, preserved tomato, buffalo mozzarella and a fresh baguette. As your main course, you'll have a hearty porchetta seasoned with fresh herbs and lemon, which you'll enjoy alongside roasted broccoli with preserved tomatoes. For dessert, you'll experience a showstopping budino, a cozy custard made with almond, cream and cookie crumble.
