Start your journey with creamy prosciutto and goat cheese mousse with caramelized onion jam, black olive crumbles and fresh basil. The main course is savory raviolis filled with ground turkey and mushrooms with a Parmigiano cheese emulsion, arugula and bright cherry tomatoes. For dessert, you'll enjoy a zesty basil and lemon dome with citrus crumbles and sweet strawberry mousse.

This was an INCREDIBLE dining experience. Chef Cedric and Samantha were amazing. Each course was both so tasty and so tastefully put together. The salad was so flavorful, the beef short rib melted in your mouth, and everything in between was so so good. Cedric also shared with us his story and his work as a chef across the world. They gave us a 5 star restaurant experience in the comfort of our own home. We highly recommend Cedric and Reiter Catering!!! Would book this again in a heartbeat. Our whole group of 12 greatly enjoyed the experience. The food was incredible and the service and care from Chef Cedric and Samanta elevated the experience even more!

Cedric was amazing! The food was incredible, every bite was delicious. There was plenty of food! Cedric accommodated us so well on any dietary request we had and what time we wanted the dinner to start. He was very chill which made for a wonderful relaxing dinner. He was professional throughout and cleaned up everything. It was a lovely experience- couldn't recommend it more!
