We are so happy that we went with Chef Wayne to celebrate my birthday dinner in Palm Springs! Everything from start to finish was super easy and he curated something that was so special for us. Chef started us with a caprese bruschetta drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette. The mozzarella and basil were so fresh! Our first course was crab cakes with an avocado tartar - possibly the best crab cakes I’ve ever had, they were incredible! For our main course Chef grilled Striploin steaks with a special rub that he does - flavour was also incredible and cooked perfectly. Veggies and the potato au gratin were also delicious. Chef left a ton of leftovers for us as well, so we’re able to cook up the veggies and potatoes for breakfast the next morning. Lastly, Chef had a specialty birthday cake made for me! It was a perfect dinner, and so nice to not have to lift a finger - he also cleaned the entire kitchen so we could relax and sip wine by the fire after he left. Thank you for making our weekend! Jenn was so wonderful to work with while planning the menu and made coordinating super easy! Thanks again!

We hired Chef Wayne for a dinner at our rental in Indio and had such an incredible experience. The whole process was seamless and Jenn/Chef Wayne had great communication and guided us through the process. He arrived on time and dinner was amazing to say the least.. our large party of 11 could not stop talking about it the next day. Our menu consisted of - Onion fondue soup (fan fav) Beet salad Beef tenderloin Mashed potatoes Brussel sprouts Napoleon Everything was drool worthy and Chef Wayne and his assistant were so pleasant to deal with. Could not recommend him more!!
