Start your culinary journey with pan con tomate featuring fresh tomatoes and sherry wine served on crostini. Next, indulge in a Caesar napa cabbage salad with crisp napa cabbage, creamy Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese. For the main course, choose between a succulent tomahawk pork chop accompanied by a flavorful apple chutney or a tender T-bone steak topped with herb butter. Complement your meal with rich garlic mashed potatoes made with buttery potatoes and garlic. Finally, indulge your sweet tooth with a lemon curd tartlet filled with zesty lemon cream and lemon zest for a refreshing finish.
