Join Chef Charlie for a sweet, spicy and savory menu inspired by classic comfort foods.

In this private chef experience, Chef Charlie elevates traditional comfort dishes with a modern balance of flavors of textures. Begin with teriyaki-glazed spicy sausage and pineapple-jalapeño chutney followed by creamy baked macaroni and cheese with crispy breadcrumbs. For the main course, a hearty bacon and mushroom hash pairs with a seared dry-aged steak finished with peppery chimichurri. Finish with a decadent brownie and vanilla ice cream drizzled with peanut butter sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Charlie was amazing! I booked her based on her great reviews and I am so glad I did! This experience was the perfect gift for my boyfriend on his birthday! This class was awesome I got it for my lady , my sister and one daughter . They were thrilled learned some cooking skills had a great time. This lady is classy takes time to explain things and ))) I tasted what remained the word phenomenal is hardly adequate !!! Thank you chef Charlie and I’ve already started arrangements for x-mass. Gift on my other kids with her . Step up folks do not hesitate this lady is worth every penny weather personal or gifting !
