Enjoy a evening of classic gourmet recipes from France in this private chef experience, beginning with a modern take on French onion soup. Next, you'll enjoy a main course of chicken fricassee featuring the flavors of fresh herbs and mushrooms and sided by indulgent fondant potatoes in a beurre blanc sauce and grilled asparagus accented by a lemon garlic sauce. Dessert showcases a tart filled with wild strawberries.

Chef Blu was a no show. This is our second try with her. The first time she cancelled an hour before she was supposed to arrive due to a car accident, which I understood of course. This time, no show, no call, no answer in her cell phone from me or CozyMeal Customer Service.
