Private Chef - Upscale Southern Brunch

What You’ll Do

Take brunch to new lavish heights with three courses of decadent dishes.

In this private chef experience, Chef Chericia will prepare for you an indulgent brunch featuring classic Southern recipes. First, enjoy crispy candied bacon skewers with brown sugar and pepper. Then, sink your fork into a crab cake and shrimp benedict with a buttermilk biscuit and a perfectly poached eggs, and creamy grits that will make your mouth water. For dessert, Chef Chericia will serve up deep-fried pastries with raspberry coulis.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

She went on to cook in gourmet food markets, such as Dean and Deluca, and hotel kitchens at The Park Hyatt and The W. Chef Cher was incredible! We had such a great time working with her and getting to know her. She was very knowledgable and helpful, and in the end we were shocked by what we had made together. The food was absolutely delicious and we couldn't have had a greater time. We had barely started before I was already thinking of occasions in the future that we could work with Chef again. 10/10 would recommend!
