In this private chef experience, Chef Tre will prepare a contemporary take on the classic surf and turf menu featuring four decadent courses offering the best of land and sea. Begin with a baby kale and orange salad complete with crab cakes and honey mustard vinaigrette. Next, rich lobster macaroni and cheese along with a lemony herb rack of lamb before a velvety raspberry cheesecake dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
