Transport you and your guests to the Caribbean as you indulge in colorful flavors traditional to the islands. Tangy citrus salad with a cumin vinaigrette is the perfect amuse-bouche before jerk chicken Alfredo, teeming with warming spices. A roasted red snapper is next sided by curry fried cabbage and classic red beans and rice. For dessert, cool things down with vanilla bean gelato and berries.
