You'll feel like you're dining in a world-class restaurant with decadent French dishes prepared by Chef David. Escargot flavored with butter and parsley will be the introduction to the French fare. Then, enjoy a tender beef burgundy cooked with rich red wine and fresh mushrooms, and creamy gratin dauphinoise paired with roasted vegetables on the side. Finish by indulging in a velvety chocolate soufflé for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Before Chef David was an executive chef and owner of a restaurant in Switzerland, he had made appearances on a Food Network cooking show, hosted a show of his own and owned several restaurants in Iowa. At the time, he was the only French chef in Iowa. Chef David knows his way around the kitchen and is passionate about sharing his love of indulgent flavors and new culinary techniques with new audiences.
