Fresh and vibrant ingredients make up the four courses of this private Mediterranean meal prepared by Chef David. A velvety mousse made with roasted peppers and honey goat cheese and fresh crudités serve as your starter course. Together, a tender lamb and citrus vegetable tagine and fluffy couscous drizzled with olive oil create the main course. Finish by indulging in a lush lemon tart brûlée for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
Before Chef David was an executive chef and owner of a restaurant in Switzerland, he had made appearances on a Food Network cooking show, hosted a show of his own and owned several restaurants in Iowa. At the time, he was the only French chef in Iowa. Chef David knows his way around the kitchen and is passionate about sharing his love of indulgent flavors and new culinary techniques with new audiences.
