In this private chef experience with Chef Marc, you'll enjoy a mouthwatering array of expertly prepared Mediterranean dishes, including Anjou pears poached in Moscato wine and jumbo shrimp scampi over fresh ravioli. You'll savor decadent Chianti wine-braised beef for your entrée and a triple chocolate dessert with amaretto vanilla sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I took my mom as a Christmas gift and also brought my girlfriend along, and we all had a great time! Chef Marc was incredibly knowledgeable and eager to share his many experiences. The only thing that was better than the experience, was the food itself. The chicken cordon bleu and sauce was one of the best things I've eaten in a long time. Highly recommend!

Chef Marc’s culinary career began in his native France with an apprenticeship. His drive and skill soon took him around the world from France to Los Angeles, Spain to Venezuela and more. With 50 years of experience in the culinary industry as a chef and restaurateur, Chef Marc is no stranger to cooking and certainly no stranger to cooking delicious food.
