Let Chef Marc transport you to the streets of Spain with this authentic three-course dinner.
During this private chef experience, you'll indulge in a personally prepared gourmet meal featuring the traditional seasonings and flavors of Spain. You'll begin by sampling an assortment of tapas-style appetizers, including manchengo cheese, blue crab deviled eggs and stuffed piquillos peppers. Then, a bold seafood paella will wow your tastebuds, followed by flan de queso, a rich and creamy cheese custard dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I took my mom as a Christmas gift and also brought my girlfriend along, and we all had a great time! Chef Marc was incredibly knowledgeable and eager to share his many experiences. The only thing that was better than the experience, was the food itself. The chicken cordon bleu and sauce was one of the best things I've eaten in a long time. Highly recommend!

Chef Marc’s culinary career began in his native France with an apprenticeship. His drive and skill soon took him around the world from France to Los Angeles, Spain to Venezuela and more. With 50 years of experience in the culinary industry as a chef and restaurateur, Chef Marc is no stranger to cooking and certainly no stranger to cooking delicious food.
