Private Chef - Sophisticated Fare From the Sea
The fresh flavors of the sea will be brought to your home by Chef Regina. This private chef experience begins with steamed mussels in an aromatic saffron and white wine broth. Then, enjoy pan-seared sea bass in a white wine and caper sauce, and a creamy lobster macaroni and cheese with crispy bread crumbs on top. Indulge in a velvety crème brûlée for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
