Begin with a cucumber salad tossed with sweet chili sauce and crunchy roasted peanuts. Then, enjoy perfectly seared scallops drizzled with a coconut and citrus sauce and paired with mango black rice. For dessert, you'll love the Kluai Buat Chi, a creamy banana and coconut treat.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

He’s been a caterer and an executive chef, and he is always up for a challenge when creating food. With a sense of excitement and endless energy to offer his students, Chef Kevin is ready to teach others his tricks of the trade.

Chef Kevin was outstanding. His dishes were a big hit, and he was open to modifying the menu given some of the dietary restrictions our group had. Everything was delicious and very high end.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with chef Kevin. He allowed us to be as engaged as we liked and provided lots of expertise and guidance throughout our dinner experience. Everything was so delicious and we’d love to try another class with him down the road. Highly recommend

Kevin did a great job showing us great tips for prepping food and chopping vegetables. The 6 courses was great, extra large raspberries. Would book Kevin again. He cleaned up the whole kitchen after also.

Chef Kevin was awesome! He was so patient and taught us so much about pizza making. His skill and expertise made it such a fun experience! I highly recommend Chef Kevin for anyone wanting to learn to make a certain dish or to just enjoy a wonderful meal!

If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would. The experience was lovely from start to finish. The food was OUTSTANDING and we felt comfortable asking questions, taking pictures and getting to know our Chef! What a fun experience that I would highly recommend to anybody else.

Chef Kevin made an incredible dining experience for us and spent so much time explaining his cooking process and philosophies. He was so kind and thoughtful and prepared so much delicious food! The evening was so fun and easy, and we absolutely loved getting to know him and enjoying his incredible food. We would highly recommend Chef Kevin to all!!

Kevin was great, he made everything super easy. I surprised my girlfriend (who loves to cook) and we really enjoyed the menu. Kevin took care of everything - brought all the tools, ingredients and did the cleanup.
