Explore the fresh flavors and incredible produce of the Mediterranean with this decadent five-course private chef experience with Chef Jordan. First, enjoy a carpaccio made from ripe heirloom tomatoes and microgreens. Next, tender flank steak with an herby sauce followed by flaky herb-crusted cod and za'atar-seasoned potatoes garnished with dill and chives. For dessert, indulge in a rich fudge brownie with tahini and ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I hired Jordan for my boyfriend's surprise birthday dinner and it was such a lovely experience. Jordan was professional, personable and extremely organized from beginning to end. It was a lot of fun being able to create a personalized menu and Jordan was very helpful throughout the entire process. Jordan's food was phenomenal, even better than most restaurants. The food was fresh, flavorful and unique...might I add the homemade dark chocolate brownies were the best I've had. I couldn't recommend Jordan enough and would love to hire her again for another event. I promise you won't be disappointed.
