Private Chef - Hearty Vegetarian Feast

Enjoy a bountiful vegetarian menu showcasing the diversity of fruit, herbs and vegetables.

In this private chef experience, Chef Brian highlights the range of vegetarian cooking starting with vibrant grilled vegetables and a fresh herb salad. Next, the chef will prepare a rich ragu of oven-roasted tomatoes and vegetables served with fusilli pasta followed by a luxurious carrot and ginger soup. Dessert is a warm sauté of cinnamon-spiced apples, blueberries and pears topped with candied cashews.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

With a passion for cooking clean and specialties including vegan, Asian and New American cuisine, Chef Brian offers his formidable talents teaching aspiring chefs and providing memorable dining moments.
