In this elegant private chef experience, Chef Greg will prepare a four-course meal featuring classic indulgences beginning with a warm salad peppered with toasted almonds and cherries. Next, savor perfectly prepared steak and lobster with caramelized onions and fresh herb butter melted on pan-seared golden potatoes. End with Chef Greg's famous banana blueberry bread pudding.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

This was an amazing experience! Chef Greg is as entertaining as he is talented. My wife and I were able to prepare a top notch meal with his guidance and he left us with the confidence that we could do it on our own. We will be booking Greg again for a larger event soon!

Chef Greg is a culinary visionary and former restaurant owner armed with a bachelor’s degree in restaurant, culinary, and catering management, and nearly 20 years of experience as an executive chef. Chef Greg has most recently found success as the owner of a renowned catering company specializing in creative and custom menus, and as a host of an array of can’t-miss cooking classes and other incredible culinary experiences.
