Private Chef - Gourmet Surf and Turf
In this elegant private chef experience, Chef Greg will prepare a four-course meal featuring classic indulgences beginning with a warm salad peppered with toasted almonds and cherries. Next, savor perfectly prepared steak and lobster with caramelized onions and fresh herb butter melted on pan-seared golden potatoes. End with Chef Greg's famous banana blueberry bread pudding.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
