Private Chef - Contemporary Cajun
Chef Anwar puts an innovative twist on classic Cajun cuisine in this immersive private chef experience. Inspired by regional New Orleans ingredients, he will prepare fresh mini lobster tacos with a zesty Cajun aioli. Move on to a savory stuffed blackened chicken with refreshing pico de gallo, before sampling a rich and creamy penne Alfredo with crawfish. Mango-lime cheesecake adds a final and particularly refreshing touch.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
