In this private chef experience, Chef Anwar highlights classic Italian cooking with an international twist. Begin the meal with an appetizer of crispy wontons filled with collard greens, followed by hearty braised short ribs with a luscious red wine and butter reduction. Next, Chef Anwar will prepare delightful herbed polenta and asparagus with Parmesan topped by a bright gremolata. For dessert, indulge in a decadent crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Anwar was awesome!!! This is perfect for date night or treating your special someone to dinner in a more creative and intimate way. I had a blast making pasta and Chef Anwar went above and beyond for us. Will book in the future for sure!

What can I say but.. WOW! This was by far the best birthday present I've given to my husband. Anwar was professional yet personal. He made the entire evening enjoyable! We also learned a few things! I will definitely spread the word!

I choose Chef Anwar's class as a date night with my wife and he was kind enough to invite us to his place. Anwar and his wife provided us with the right atmosphere, hospitality and hands-on experience during our evening. I would recommend this for a pleasant, thoughtful class from someone who's very passionate about food and cuisine.
