Begin with a fresh Caesar salad and homemade croutons followed by savory crab cakes with chipotle crema and avocado corn salsa. Next, indulge in the rich flavors of a creamy mushroom leek risotto with poached buttered shrimp on top. Finally, enjoy a vanilla crême brulée adorned with fresh berries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Mickael’s culinary ventures began in his native France, where he trained and apprenticed. His 20-year career brought him to the U.S., settling him in California after stops in New Orleans and Seattle. He creates authentic French specialties using farm-to-table methods to highlight the bountiful local ingredients. Chef Mickael’s passion for sustainable cuisine is inspired by his daughter and the generations yet to come.
